At Duncan Hyundai, we have always been committed to the safety and well-being of Hyundai owners, dealership guests and employees. We are working hard to serve customers as we follow local and Federal direction to protect against COVID-19. As you manage taking care of your family and work during this crisis, we know that your vehicle may play a key role, and we’re here to help with that if you need us.

We are following the latest health recommendations to reduce the risk of transmission in our workplace, including best practices to limit and distance interactions with customers.

Common areas and surfaces – including those in our waiting areas, showrooms, bathrooms, shops and offices – are being cleaned with even more frequency. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, soap and water, and disposable tissues and paper hand towels are accessible to customers and employees throughout our workplace.

We are following official guidance for social distancing, remaining at least 6 feet apart from others. As such, we will limit our greetings and thank yous to that distance and avoid shaking hands and opening vehicle doors for you.

We already take extra measures to keep your vehicle clean while it is in our care. We will continue to use seat covers, floor covers, and every member of our staff will use latex gloves while handling your vehicle.

To ensure the safety of our community and team, we are offering an optional,

NO CONTACT SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

  •         Drop off your vehicle using our Night Drop key box.
  •         Vehicle collection and drop off at home is also available on request.
  •         Our staff will communicate with you via phone and or text.
  •         Once your vehicle is ready you will be able to pay over the phone via credit card.
  •         Invoices and vehicle inspection reports will be emailed or texted to you.
  •         During pick up, please contact us and we will place your keys in your vehicle
  •         Your key and all touchpoints in the vehicle will be sanitized.
