My experience at Duncan Hyundai with Scott was excellent. Low-pressure sales. They let me know they wanted my business in a positive way (different from other dealerships in the area) and there were no additional or hidden costs thrown into the final price. Everything was straight-forward and easy. I would recommend them.

I visited a number of dealerships before purchasing my new vehicle at Duncan Hyundai, some left me feeling very frustrated by the high pressure sales tactics and not listening (or believing) me about my budget and requirements. The folks at Duncan Hyundai found me an awesome vehicle within my budget and made the whole process much more low stress, including giving me enough time to make the decision with confidence. I can recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new vehicle and thank the team there, especially Darien Pridham, for making the process easy.

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the Hyundai Dealership in Duncan. We were treated with genuine kindness every step of the way by Luke Cross in Sales. John (financing dept) was also gracious and immediate in securing the loan we required. Our 1st post-sales servicing was overseen by Chris, the Service Mgr, who is also brilliant and dedicated. These folks have been absolutely amazing! Our sincere thanks to all of you!

Duncan Hyundai is a great place to buy a new car. They do not use the typical pressure sales tactics I have experienced at other dealers in the past. I ordered a Kona EV and they kept me in the loop as much as they could regarding delivery and pricing. If you know anything about ordering this car in North America, you know that the waiting list is long and Hyundai corporate have not been keeping the dealerships in the loop on deliveries, pricing and model years being delivered. Geoff kept us up to date with the information he had, including the new model year minor price increase. He welcomed all of our questions and returned our calls and emails promptly and after-hours in some cases. When we dropped in to inquire about where we were on the wait list, he was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Our car was delivered two months sooner than we expected, and when we went to complete the deal, everyone in the dealership was helpful and there were no pressure tactics to try to upsell us on add-ons. We were informed what was available to us (all at once, not the typical tactic revealing lower cost options after one was turned down that you would experience at other dealers) and everything was patiently explained. We hadn't decided whether to trade in our car and were honest with them about it. They appraised it for us, made an offer and when we countered, they almost got there. In the end we declined to trade in and they were most gracious about it. The additional accessories we wanted were installed in the car immediately. The car was perfectly clean and we got a thorough walk through before leaving. I wish all of my car buying experiences had been this pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was great, including Geoff, Jordan, Jon, Cass, Ralph and even the ICBC rep Haley. I would recommend this dealership to anyone on Vancouver Island looking for a new Hyundai. They'll treat you right.
